Shipping & Returns



Here at FTS Threads we have gone the extra distance to ensure we can reach all corners of the world. As an outcome, we have various shipping costs.
These costs are based on the size of the package you have ordered and your location.

We work with The Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, and their partners to ensure your order gets to you in adequate time and safely.

Please note, that we custom print all of our orders. This may lead to delays in the shipping of goods to you. This ensures we maintain an economic and environmental standard, ensuring we only print what we need and reduces our waste significantly.

Please note that customs charges and / or import duties are determined by the receiving country and should be taken into consideration when purchasing. FTS Threads will not be liable for any additional charges as a result of this.

At FTS we try our best to ship Worldwide, however we may fall short of this aim. If you cannot find any shipment methods available for your country, please reach out to us and we will see if we can help out.



At FTS Threads, all of our orders are custom printed in an attempt to reduce our carbon footprint. As an outcome we are unable to accept returns on any unwanted orders after they have been printed.

We are aware that items may in an unfit state. If this does happen to you please do not open the damaged product and get in touch usingour contact form (found here) so a return can be arranged.

All returns must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Any returns after this period will not qualify for a refund.

Refunds will be issued within 10 working days of us receivimng the return.

We do not offer a free returns policy.
